They suck

There is no way to contact these people. Service is non existent. The answering machine is always on and it says you are not calling at the appropriate hour I have called at all hours as they may be bases in Europe

Poor service

I called and your number and an answering machine came on that said I called during a time that you are not open. The message was to call between 9:00 am and it was 9:15 am when I called

Refund

This company took funds for ferry crossings that were not available. Stating technical issue. Still no refund. Will be starting legal action against them and have contacted reporter for major news outlet highlighting the fraudulent activity this company seem to be practising.

User's recommendation: Steer well clear. Do not. Ok through this company.

Lack of Cstr service

Unable to contact by phone tech issues on their end since yesterday afternoon no other means of addressing my issue thru online account very dissatisfied

Disappointed

I have cancelled my booking on 21/08/2021 and i would like a refund. I tried to call Direct Ferries everyday since then, they kept me on the phone for one hour and then hung up. It was impossible to speak to someone about this.

Brittany ferries would refund us but for some reason Direct Ferries wont pay out. No phone number to talk it through. Pissed

Niet willen omboeken

lk had per ongeluk een boot geboekt, na opbrengst om te bellen ben ik gaan mailen,(dit binnen de 24 uur gedaaN is) met de vraag om het was bedrag van 142,99 die ik betaald had te berekenen met de geboekte shuttle reis. dit gaat volgens hun online wat ik al 20 maal alleen heb maar niet gaat !!! ik ben nu stilaan geiiriteerd aan het raken boem waar gaeld aan groei

Complete lack of communication. Direct Ferries just do not reply to any form of enquiry - phone, internet, email.

Katastrophen Travelmare hat ihre reservierungsanfrage nicht bekommen ich musste die Tickets nochmals kaufen, stornieren kann ich nicht, da die Buchung noch in Bearbeitung ist. Travelmare hat keine Anfrage bekommen!! Bitte stornieren!!! Danke
