Change to earlier crossing from the Isle of Wight
We would like to leave the Isle of Wight tomorrow rather than Monday and would like a ferry crossing please. I have been unwell and would like to go home early. Thank you

Under vehicle YP21FRU, Toyota Proace (van) from Dieppe to New Haven, but I received the email very late to complete this booking, which led to no space on the ferry and I have been asked to make another booking on the same day at 6 PM, which I have made payment for twice. So I'm asking for my money back for the incomplete booking, please.

I had to change my booking
DfP18516**** & was informed the charge would be £20. This amount has been taken out of my account twice.
So a refund is requested is a nightmare trying to contact this company. Stupid bot system is infuriating.

I tried to book a ferry from Volos to Skiathos on the 27.6.2025 at 7:40 am and back on the 11.07.2025 at 15:00.
First time, i book it every year, it didn't work.
It tell me that with my car, BMW X7, is a online booking not possible.
What should i do?

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
The problem was not resolved at all, the trip was cancelled due to bad weather with the FRS DFDS company with the Algeciras => Ceuta route, and I did not get any solution, neither for changing the travel time, nor for another shipping company!!

You should have a normal customer service, which means email and a contact phone number with a live individual in order for any of your clients to contact you regarding any issues.
Your chatbot is useless.
The level of your customer service is below zero.

Direct Ferries does not add any value to your booking!
These guys are middlemen, and they charge an arm and a leg for their "service". I guess they are OK doing what they do, they found a niche where they make money trawling the Internet for ferry trips, but in this day and age finding a trip yourself directly with ferry companies via the Internet should not be a problem. And much cheaper!

One of the worst experiences of my life dealing with this company. I give it 1 star because it's not possible to give it 0, but my true rating would be zero.
Don't under any circumstances deal with these people.
They are after your money, and giving any kind of customer service is not something they do. A real nightmare!

They could send the correct information in their emails instead of incorrect information. They could make themselves available on the phone so their incorrect information could be checked out!
I will never book with them again. They confirmed an incorrect ferry crossing, didn't send the tickets they promised, and then sent a correct amendment to the return journey without amending the outward journey. I couldn't phone them, so I had to phone the ferry company directly.
They sent the correct amendments and the necessary tickets. Simple.

I booked a dog friendly cabin for both trips only to be told on the day of departure that no cabins on outward trip so my dog as to be in the car for six hours very poor communication will not book direct ferries again
