Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They recognized their error after 30 emails I sent them. Try to book your ferry directly, not through an agent.
This was a terrible mistake to buy my ticket with them. On March 13th I decided to change my ticket' dates.
I asked for 3 days in multiple emails. Before that I tried to make the change on their website and was charged 3 times for a change that was never made (this money is supposedly on its way back to my account). Finally agent Joana reached out and sent me Paypal link to 75usd change fee payment (a rip off itself as a new ticket costs 90 usd). I paid but she changed ITINERARY instead of date.
This made this ticket unusable to me. I asked for correction, they couldnt do it on time. I had to buy a new ticket. Since then I ve written 30 emails trying to get refund - the answer is always "As per our policy we can't refund without ferry operator agreement " which is just delegating responsability for their mistake.
They ruined my vacation, obliging me to worry about my ferry connections, creating total confusion and fear in me and even deleting my negative reviews on Trustpilot. It has been a harrowing experience which I don't wish to anyone

I have still the problem. I click on the right age until 27-59, just for payment i get the message.
