I'm very angry about this situation because I did buy my ticket almost two months ago and now when I'm going to get my ferry the personal they were telling I can't get into the ferry because my payment is not reflected they told me that you are taking the money but not reflected the payment, so I want an explication what happened with my payment and I want my payment back please because for your fault I did miss the ferry. Please, I want my money back. My name is: Juan Luis Benjamin

Urgent ammendment for tomorrow with Direct ferries

I left 5 or 6 messages and emails for direct ferries from 48 hours before the departure of the amended ferry time. No answer apart from an automated response and a bot that couldn't find the answer to my problem. There was no contact number on the website. So I searched on Google. The call charges are almost 50p a minute plus a service charge, so I didn't call. I called the ferry operator instead, who solved my problem in 2 seconds even though it wasn't their job. Direct Ferries are an abomination.

To change my cabin

Hello, When I booked for the 8th January from Valencia to Mostaganem,the cabin 2 berth was finished so I booked 1 cabin 4berth for me and my son. Because the cses of covid-19 is increasing too much I would like to change the 4 berths to the 2 berths . I saw that that you have now. Many thanks in advance. Référence 14122**** Nom du clientM. Reschedule my trip

I wanna reschedule my trip. But the automated reply didnt give me any options. It just wasted my time telling what I already knew. All the money I spent for service fee is a waste. Direct ferry is very poor. And I really mean it.

Charged TWICE for a booking that did not go through

I booked a last-minute ferry from Dover-Calais, and when I went through to the payment - a 'system error' message appeared on their page. My bank account got charged twice 180 euros - once from DFDS and second from Direct Ferries. I got a mail saying they experienced an error and my booking was unable to go through, DFDS refunded my immediately whereas Direct Ferries KEPT THE MONEY. I am unable to contact them through the form as my booking number is not valid. I cannot find another way to contact them. SCAMMERS!

Lounge

Because of covid some members of the family will not travel anymore and I request a refund on the lounge in both way , going and return to France . And you are not giving any possibilities of it ! You are just a big CROOK company tha t s why there is no way to contact anybody !

Absolutely terrible service

My original ferry was cancelled, I was told to keep the original confirmation and present it at the desk for the next ferry two hours later.When I arrived 3 hours early for my ferry at check in there was no booking for me. Still have not received a refund or an apology. I was blamed fro not showing up on time, this is a criminal company be very careful before you give them your money.

This company stole money from me. I paid then for two persons and one automobile from Algeciras Spain to Ceuta Spain round trip. When I arrived to the port, the ferry company received payment for the two persons, but did not receive payment for the car. I had to pay the ferry company again for the car. Direct Ferry has the worse customer support I ever experienced.

Very bad communication and payments not received by ferry company

After a very uncomfortable wait for Direct Ferries confirmation and information, the money I paid to DF for the transportation of a vehicle were not registered or recieved by FRS, the ferry company to transport the car. I had to pay again to the ferry company and now have to claim from Direct Ferries. I have the feeling they have really screwed us...should have known better.

To make a booking

Could not get through to them on line or by phone had to call stena line directly to make my booking. Had no problem with the phone to them and had confirmation within ten minutes.

I booked a Ferry and wanted to cancel it or change dates. This was 5 minuten after booking it and they turned it down! Then I wanted to call Them but they bever reply. At 10:00 p.m customer service is open and I called immediately but because of technical reasons they were already busy and are Just open for one hour. This company is a fraud and you Will never get in contact with Them!!! Never book something here!!!!!

Fraud

We made a booking through directferries.com. They sent us a wrong confirmation which did not work at the ticket office of the ferry company. Since then we were not able to contact them or get a refund. Sincere fraud warning here!
