I have received my refund due to my ferry being cancelled due to bad we. What I dont understand is why I have not received 100% of it. This was not my fault
We amended our booking i.e removed a passenger from both trips and that has been amended correctly however, we originally had a pet booked for the trip from Calais to Dover and that also disappeared. We would need the pet to be re-added as per the original booking. Thank you , have a lovely day booking number DFP13991****
Please add the pet again to the booking from Calais to Dover
Did not get an email confirmation or receipt for my trip tomorrow
I am taking a ferry tomorrow morning from Piombino to Portoferraio and I have not received a confirmation, the booking is for 6 people and I am having issues logging in to my account! The booking was for both a trip to Portoferraio tomorrow the 13th and a return on the 18th! Please email me back at pau.levy@***.fr!
